Positive Change
Villawood Positive Change is a Villawood Properties initiative that encourages healthy and sustainable living along with the development of environmentally friendly homes in new communities.
Villawood Positive Change includes three key elements:

• Green Home Calculator (enviroSTAR) – Save water, save energy and save money by using the green home calculator. The calculator offers tips and ideas for building an environmentally friendly home and shows you in real terms how much money, carbon and water you can save in your new home. |

• Saving Forests (forestSTAR) – A biodiversity land offset for your homesite. For every land allotment purchased in a Villawood community, an equal square metre amount of forested land is donated back to Victoria's State Forests for future conservation |

• Helping Kids (kidsSTAR) - Good Friday Appeal charity home donation. For every land allotment purchased in a Villawood community, $100 is donated to the Good Friday Appeal. Each $100 donation will assist in the donation of a charity home for auction on Good Friday; all funds from the auction will go directly to The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne. |
